GOT A GOOD IDEA?

If you've got a good idea for a Club activity for consideration by the committee, please give details to your floor rep or a committee member or email the Club Secretary, Ben Thomas, on b.thomas@unison.co.uk

Please make sure you send in your idea by the Friday before the next committee meeting at the very latest. (Meetings take place the first Wednesday of every month, except for August when there is usually no meeting.)

The committee will consider the following matters when looking at activities for which support is requested:

(i) priority and accessibility for Club members

(ii) cost of activity/level of subsidy sought and proper accounting for funds

(iii) the activity is in broadly in keeping with Club aims and rules

(iv) how the activity can be used to promote the Club.
